Food insecurity is largely caused by limited access to healthy choices, cost of resources, and built environments. This can lead to negative impacts such as hunger, and poor nutrition and health issues.

One way to help with the issue of food insecurity is to inform people about food insecurity is and how to help people be able to prepare for what is to come ahead

Another way to help with the issue of food insecurity is to inform people about food assistance programs such as SNAP and WIC. These programs can be helpful for family with low-income who have trouble affording foods
